Yes, absolutely. We are pet friendly. However, we have a posted Pet Policy that must be strictly followed. We believe that our pets are part of the family. However, to ensure that all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is imperative that you read and abide by this policy.

Do you have seasonal rates?

        Being a new campground, we have set aside 80 sites for seasonal rental. We normally have only three or four fill for the following season. But, they go fast as the year progresses. If you are interested in renting a seasonal site, please call the Office (207-693-5267) or Contact Us.

Can you leave your camper on your site through the winter months?

        Yes, all we require is a signed Seasonal Rental Agreement for the next season, along with a non-refundable deposit. If you choose to leave the next season, your deposit would be considered a storage fee. Otherwise, there is no charge to leave your camper through the winter.

Do you allow golf carts?

        At the present time, golf cards are allowed only if the registered camper has proof of a physical impairment that would make using a golf cart easier for him/her to get around. Plans are currently underway to expand our facility and allow for golf cart parking. At that time, we will have over 2 miles of roadway. We will design and install golf card parking areas in the near future.

At what time does the pool close?

        The normal pool hours are from 9 a.m. until dusk. On occasion, when the evening weather is sufficiently warm, we may extend the pool hours. If you wish to swim after 8 p.m. please ask the staff member on duty that evening. It is not unusual for us to turn on the lights and open the pool, provided there is supervision.
