All rates are based on a family of 2 adults and their unmarried children less than 18 years of age. All others are considered Guests who must register at the Office.

Registered campers are responsible to register their Guests. Guest fee is $5 per person, per day.

All prices are subject to a 7% State of Maine Lodging Tax

Transient Short Term Rates include all full hookups

Transient – Long Term (15 days or more) – include full hookup and additional metered electric charge. Reduced rates for the longer stay plus your power usage

Seasonal Rates include all full hookups. Additional monthly charge for metered electric and cable. To view and print your Seasonal Rental Agreement, please click on "Seasonal Rental" tab in the left margin. 

Specials: We offer special reduced rates for longer term stays as published on our Rate Sheet. We also offer deeper cuts in rates for additional Web Site Specials. Please check out the “Specials” tab in the left margin. 

All sites offer sewer, water and a choice of 20, 30 or 50 amps electric.
